Inspect your car frequently

    Examine your vehicle for:

  • Unusual sounds, odors, drips, leaks, smoke, warning lights, gauge readings.
  • Changes in acceleration, engine performance, gas mileage, fluid levels.
  • Worn tires, belts, hoses. Problems in handling, braking, steering, vibrations.
    • Always document:

    • When you first discovered the problem.
    • How often and when the problem occurs.

When you bring your vehicle to us for service

  • Come prepared to describe the issue to one of our certified auto technicians.
  • Bring a list of the symptoms that you’ve discovered.
  • Trust that we’ll properly diagnose the problem and recommend a solution.

Conduct your own research before you bring your vehicle in

  • Read your owner’s manual to learn about your vehicle’s components and systems.
  • Adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule.
  • Keep a running log of all of the service and repair work that you have done on your vehicle.

  • Never be embarrassed to ask questions.
  • Give our technicians time to properly diagnose the issue – you might have to wait on a phone call, so make sure you leave a working number with your service technician.
